| dc.description.abstract | Bu çalışmanın amacı; tüketim üzerine etkisi olduğu düşünülen tüketici özellikleri ile tüketicilerin satın alımına ve tüketimlerine etkisi olan zevk, tercih ve alışkanlıklarını incelemektir. Bingöl ili merkez ilçedeki hane halkının kanatlı eti tüketicilerinin gelir seviyesi, gıda harcamaları, karar alma ve satın alma süreçleri ele alınmıştır. Bu amaçla 384 aile ile anket yapılmıştır. Yapılan anket sayısı ana kitle oranlarına dayalı kümelendirilmemiş tek aşamalı basit tesadüfî olasılık örneklemesi ile belirlenmiştir. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre; anket yapılan bireylerin %70’i tavuk eti tüketmeyi tercih ederken, %30’u kırmızı et tüketmeyi tercih ettiklerini belirtmişlerdir. Ankete katılan bireyler tavuk etini %89 oranında tanınmış marka ve ambalajlı olarak aldıklarını, %11 oranında ise markasız ve ambalajsız olarak aldıklarını belirtmişlerdir. | tr_TR |
| dc.description.abstract | Purpose of this study is thought to be the effect on consumption and consumer characteristics and preferences of consumers to enjoy the purchase and consumption habits to examine the effect. The income level of the consumers of poultry meat in the district in the province of Bingol, food expenditures, decision-making and buying processes are discussed. The data in this study was obtained by questionnaire from 384 household. Sample size of the study was determined with Unclustered Probability Sampling Method. According to the survey, while 70% of people surveyed prefer to consume chicken meat, 30% stated that they prefer to consume red meat. 89% of those surveyed said they purchase chicken as well-known brands and packaged, 11% reported that they purchase in bulk and branded. | en_US |
