dc.description.abstractEnfeksiyöz hayvan hastalıkları, hayvan hastalıkları içerisinde en önemli grubu oluşturmakta ve enfeksiyöz hastalıklarının önemli bir bölümü, insan sağlığı için de tehlike arz etmektedir. Zaman kısıtlılığı, pratiklik, sensitivite ve spesifite yüksekliği gibi birçok sebeplerle, teşhis ve epidemiyolojik çalışmalar, günümüzde daha çok moleküler yöntemlerle devam ettirilmektedir. Son yıllarda en hızlı gelişim gösteren, kendisinden önce ve sonra geliştirilen birçok moleküler metotun temelini oluşturan, hem teşhis hem de epidemiyolojik çalışmalarda en çok kullanılan moleküler metot, polimeraz zincir reaksiyonu (PCR)’dır. İlk gelişiminden bu yana birçok temele dayanılarak çalışılmış olan PCR, son geliştirilen gerçek zamanlı (real-time) sistemlerle, artık daha çok gerçek zamanlı [Real Time (RT)] olarak çalışılmaya devam edilmektedir. PCR’ın ilk şekli olan, geleneksel PCR, birçok laboratuarda kullanılmaya devam etmekte ve sonraları geliştirilen RT PCR teknolojisi de, kullanılan alet ve kitlerde her geçen gün yapılan güncelleştirmelerle, pek çok alanda yaygınlığını artırmaya devam etmektedir. Bu derlemede; geleneksel PCR’a göre birçok yönden avantajlar sağlayan RT PCR’ın özellikle sonuçların; kalitesi, ortaya çıkış süresi ve yorumlamalarına sağladığı avantajlardan bahsedilecektir.tr_TR
dc.description.abstractInfectious animal diseases are the most important disease group among all the animal diseases and also have risks for human health. Because of time, practicality, high sensitivity and specificity etc., diagnosis and epidemiologic studies are going on molecular field. Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) is most fast-developing molecular method, also basic of lots of molecular methods developed before and/or after PCR and the most wide-using molecular method in diagnosis and epidemiologic studies at the present day. Basis of PCR has different systems from past to present and now it is using generally with real-time (RT) systems developed lately. Conventional PCR and its systems are still using in lots of laboratory, but RT technology is developing at tool and kits and is going to up-to-date and common with this evolutions. In this review will be mentioned the advantage of RT PCR than conventional PCR, especially at quality of results, time-saving and advantages at resultcoveren_US
