| dc.description.abstract | Düz kas hücre (DKH)'Ierinin atherogenesis deki rolleri giderek önem kazanmaktadır. Normalde arterlerin medial tabakasını oluşturan DKF'leri ateroskleroz (As) 'un başlaması ile intimada görmeye başlarlar. Burada replikasyon ve proliferasyona uğrayarak, çoğalırlar. Bu arada fenotipleri de değişen DKH'leri salgıladıkları çeşitli bağ dokusu elemanları ve gelişim faktör (GF)'leri ile utherosklerotik lezyonun büyümesine ve genişlemesine yol açarlar. Sonuç olarak, çeşitli nedenlerle uyarılan DKH'sinin ilerlemiş atherosklerotik plakların oluşumunda başlıca rolü oynadığı ve bu lezyonların başlıca içeriği olduğu söylenebilir. | tr_TR |
| dc.description.abstract | The role of the smooth muscle cell (SMC)s in atherogenesis is gradually gaining significance. Nominally the medial layer of the arteries are composed of SMCs. But after the beginning of atherosclerosis (As), these heels are seen in the intima also. Here, by replication and proliferation they grow. While their phenotypes change and they secrete various connective tissue matrix components and growth factor (GF)s. By means of these, SMCs result in the extension and development of the atherosclerotic lesion. In conclusion, one can think that, stimulated SMCs by various substances and reasons, play the major role in the development of advanced atherosclerotic plaques and they are the cells which are found predominantly in these lesions. | en_US |
