Sığırlarda prostaglandin analogları (luprastiol ve dinoprost tromethamine) ile kronik endometritis olgularının sağıtımı

Abstract

Luprostiol and Dinoprost tromethamine 7 which are analogues of Prostaglandin (PG) F2 were used. for the treatment of 17 cattle (12 cows and 5 heifers) with chronic endometritis. Estrous was observed in all animals in both groups after only one injection. Insemination was carried out 72 and 96 hours after the first estrous ana 50 % pregnancy was obtained in the Luprostiol treated group and 57.1 % pregnancy was ·obtained in the Dinoprost tromethamine treated group. As a result, we believe that good results can be obtained if prostaglandin analogues are used within a short time after chronic endometritis has developed.

17 kronik endometritisli sığırın sağıtımında (12 inek ve 5 düve) Prostaglandin (PGF2a analoğu olan Luprostiol 1 0 ve Dinoprost tromethamine 7 kullanılmıştır. Her iki grupta da yapılan bir enjeksiyondan sonra hepsinde östrus görülmüştür. Ilk östrusu takiben 72 ve 96. saatlerde yapılan tohumlamadan sonra Luprostiol uygulananlarda % 50, Dinoprost tromethamine uygulananlarda % 57.1 oranında gebelik elde edilmiştir. Sonuç olarak prostaglandin analoglarının kronik endometritislerinde şekilenmelerinden sonra kısa bir zaman içerisinde uygulanmaları halinde iyi sonuç alınabileceği inancındayız.
