dc.description.abstractRiskli hastalarda; Dissosiyatif anestezik olan ketaminden indüksiyon ajanı olarak, analjezi için hem ketamin hem de fenton den yararlanarak pankuronyum ile kas gevşeticisi olarak kombine ederek Dengeli Anestezi Tekniği uygulamayı önermekteyiz. Adı geçen ilaçların kullandığımız dozlarda kardiyovasküler düzenliliği sağlayabileceğini düşünmekteyiz.tr_TR
dc.description.abstractOn this study, Balanced-Anesthesia Technic were performed on the patients have ASA Physical Classification grade 5, 6, 7. Dissociative Anesthetic Ketamine was used for induction and Analgesia; Fentanyl and Pancuronium were used as an analgesic and muscle relaxant respectively Combination of these agents in the optimum doses seems to provide cardiovascular regularity during the anesthesia.en_US
