dc.description.abstractAmiloidoma, amilodin değişik dokularda özellikle ekstrasellüler alanda lokalize bir kitle oluşturacak şekilde birikimi ile meydana gelen tümöral bir oluşumdur. En sık lokalizasyon mediasten ve retroperiton olup kemik tutulumu oldukça nadirdir. Amiloidoma tanısı histopatolojik, immünohistokimyasal ve histokimyasal değerlendirmeye dayanmaktadır. Olgu sunumumuzda patolojik femur kırığı ile başvuran ve kemikte yoğun amiloid birikimi saptanan 70 yaşındaki erkek hasta literatür bilgisi eşliğinde sunulmuştur.tr_TR
dc.description.abstractAmyloidoma is a tumoral formation in which accumulation of amylodin occurs in various tissues, especially in the extracellular space, resulting in a localized mass. The frequent localization is mediastinum and retroperitoneal region and bone localizationis extremely rare. The diagnosis of amyloidoma is based on histopathological, immunohistochemical and histochemical evaluation. In this report, a 70-year-old man presented with pathological femur fracture and intense amyloid deposition in the bone is presented with literature data.en_US
