Abstract
Genel anestezi alan 40 hastada Propofol'den 1 dakika önce intravenöz Fentanil, Alfentanil, Prilokain verilerek Propofol'ün neden olduğu ağrının giderilmesindeki etki araştınldı. Prilokain ve Alfentanil'in Fentanil'e göre daha uygun olduğu kanısına varıldı.
In our, study the effects of Fentanyl, Alfentanil and Prilocaine on reducing the pain on injection of Propofol were compared in patients undergoing various surgical procedures. Prilocaine and Alfentanil provided more favorable injection conditions than Fentanyl.
