Akut serebro-asküler hastalıklarda BOS ve serumda beta-endorfin konsantrasyon değişmeleri

Abstract

Bu çalışmada 20 trombo-embolik, 10 hemorajik beyin damar hastalığı olan 30 olgunun 1 ve 10, günlerde BOS ve serumlarında beta-endorfin benzeri aktivite düzeyleri ölçülmüştür. Elde edilen sonuçlar literatürde bildirilen bulgularla karşılaştırılmıştır . Her iki hasta grubunda BOS ve serumlarında beta-endorfin benzeri aktivite düzeylerinde normale göre bir artma bulunamamıştır. Bulgularımız beyin damar hastalıklarının fizyopatolojisinde beta-endorfinin rolü olabileceği görüşünü desteklememiş , konunun ileri çalışmalar gerektirdiği sonucuna varılmıştır.

In this study we have measured the Beta endorphin-like activity levels in CSF and blood of 30 patients with CVA on the first and 10 th days of the disease in 20 patients with thrombo-emboli and 10 with bleeding. The results were later compared with the literature finding. It has been found that in both of the patient groups there was no increase to the normal in the Beta-endorphin like activity levels of the CSF and blood. Our finding hauen 't supported the thought about the role of Beta-endorphin in CVA physiopathology and it has been thought that it needs further studies on the subject.
