dc.description.abstractKırk beş postmenopozal kanamalı kadında serum CA 12 5 seviyelerine bakıldı. Küretaj materyallerinin malign olarak değerlendirildiği on dört hastadan altısında yüksek CA 125 seviyeleri saptandı. Otuz bir benign olgudan sadece ikisinde yüksek seviye vardı. Sensitivite ve spesifisite sırasıyla % 42.9 ve % 93.6 olarak bulundu. Serum CA 125 seviyelerinin yüksek olduğu benign histopatolojili olgularda malignensi yönünden yeniden değerlendirmenin yararlı olabileceği kanısına varıldı.tr_TR
dc.description.abstractSerum CA 125 levels were measured in 45 patients with postmenopausal bleeding. Serum CA 125 levels were high in six out of fourteen malignant patients. There were only two women with high levels in thirtyone patients with benign diseases. Sensitivity and specificity were found to be 42.9 % and 93.6% respectively. It is concluded that reevaluation of the patients with high CA 125 levels and benign histopathology is useful.en_US
