Değişik düzeylerde chimotrypsin katılan sulandırılmış koç spermasının bazı spermatolojik özellikleri ve dölverimi üzerinde araştırmalar

Abstract

Bu araştırmada sulandırılarak tohumlamada kullanılan koç spermasına değişik düzeylerde katılan a-chymotrypsin spermatolojik özellikler ve döl verimine etkisi araştırıldı. Karacabey Tarım İşletmesinde yetiştirilen 40 baş merinos koyunu araştırma materyalini oluşturdu. Kontrol grubunu oluşturan 20 baş koyun, glikoz-fosfat sulandırıcısı ile sulandırılan enzim katılmamış sperma ile, deneme grubunu oluşturan 20 baş koyun dan 10'u 0.2 mg/ml, 10'u da 0.4 mg/ml enzim içeren sulandırılmış sperma ile tohumlandı.

In this research, effects of a-chymotrypsin, added to diluted semen at various levels, on spermatological characteristics and fertility of ram semen diluted and used for insemination. Forty Merino ewes, bred in Karacabey Agricultural Administration, were used as the material Twenty ewes (control) inseminated with pure glucose-phosphate diluent. In the experiment groups ten of twenty ewes were inseminated with 0.2 mg/ml, and the other ten ewes were inseminated 0.4 mg/ml. enzym added glucose-phosphate diluent. Inseminations were performed cervically with 0.2 cm3 doses including 150xlrl' motil spemıotozoa.
