dc.description.abstractRatların karaciğer ve böbreklerinden demir depo proteini olan ferritini izole etmek amacıyla homojenizasyon, ısı denatürasyonu, amonyum sülfat presipitasyonu ve diyaliz işlemleri yapıldı. Karaciğerden % 22 verim ve 1.86 oranında bir saflaştırma ile 39.4 ng/mg protein ferritin izole edildi. Böbrekten ise % 24 verim ile 1.96 oranında ve 6.25 ng/mg protein ferritin saflaştırıldı. Ferritin ölçümü için ELISA yöntem kullanıldı. Sonuç olarak rat karaciğerinde ferritinin böbreğe göre 6.3 kat daha fazla konsantrasyonda olduğu saptandı.tr_TR
dc.description.abstractFermitin in liver and kidney of rats was partially purified, using homogeni ation, heat denaturation, ammonium sulphate precipitation and dialysis. 39.4 ng ferritin per mg protein in liver was obtained with 22 % recovery. 6.25 ng ferritin per mg protein in kidney was obtained with 24 % recovery. The degree of purification was 1.86 and 1.94, respectively. 17the measurement of ferritin was used the method of ELİSA. Results showed that ferritin concentration in rat liver was 6.3 times lıiglıer tlıan tlıat in rat kidney.en_US
