| dc.description.abstract | Bu çalışmada amacımız Uludağ Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi Hastanesi acil servisine başvuran delici-kesici alet yaralanmalı olguları incelemek, başvuru anındaki durumu ve tedavi yöntemlerini araştırmaktır. Uludağ Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi Hastanesi acil servisine 01.01.200131.12.2005 tarihleri arasında başvuran delici-kesici alet yaralanmalı 71 olgunun kayıtları geriye dönük olarak incelenmiştir. Beş yıllık sürede acil servise gelen toplam delici-kesici alet yaralanmalı olgu sayısı 71 olup, büyük çoğunluğu genç (%50.7’si 19-30 yaş) ve erkek (%94.4) olgulardan oluşmaktadır. Yaralanma bölgelerine göre karın bölgesi %35.2 oranında ilk sırada yer almaktadır. Olguların büyük bir kısmı yatırılarak tedavi edilmiş ve yatan hastaların yarısından çoğu opere edilmiş olup, hastanede ortalama kalış süresi 4.65±3.34 gündür. Olguların %25.4’üne acil serviste kan transfüzyonu yapılmıştır. Mortalite oranı %5.63 olup, %1.4’ü acil serviste eksitus olmuştur. Şok İndeksi ≥ 1 olguların oranı % 32.4 ve bu olgulardaki mortalite oranı % 17.4 olup, eksitus olan 4 olgunun tamamında Şok İndeksi > 1’dir. Delici-kesici alet yaralanmaları çeşitli organ sistemlerini etkileyebilmekle birlikte, karın bölgesi en çok etkilenen bölgedir. Bu nedenle yaralanmanın hangi organ veya sistemde olduğu en kısa zamanda tespit edilmeli ve ilgili bölümce konsülte edilip, acil operasyon gerektiğinde zaman kaybedilmeden alınmalıdır. | tr_TR |
| dc.description.abstract | In this study, we analyzed the patients with stabbing injuries who applied to Uludag University Hospital Emergency Department, in respect of clinical condition on arrival to emergency department and treatment modalities. The records of 71 patients with stabbing injuries who applied to our emergency department between January 1, 2001 and December 31, 2005 were analyzed retrospectively. Most of 71 patients with stabbing injury evaluated in the five years were adolescent (50.7%) and male (94.4%). Abdomen was the predominantly injuried region with the rate of 35.2%. The patients were generally hospitalized and more than a half of these patients were operated on. The mean length of stay was 4.65±3.34 days. Of these patients 25.4% received blood transfusion in emergency department. Mortality rate was 5.63% and 1.4% died in emergency department. The rate of patients with shock index ≥1 was 32.4% and mortality rate of these group was 17.4%. In additon, shock index was ≥1 in all 4 patients who died. Stabbing injuries can implicate several regions of the body, however abdomen is the most frequent injuried region. For this reason the localization of the injuried organs or systems must be identified as soon as possible, consultated to related specialists and operated on if needed without any loss of time. | en_US |
