dc.description.abstractSüt üretim işletmeleri genelinde Holştaynların kızgınlık, gebelik, kısırlık, yavru atma, buzağılama oranları ve ilk tohumlama yaşı sırasıyla % 91.0, 77.7, 2.2, 1.9, 75.7 ve 15.9 ay bulunmuştur. Holştaynların genelinde ilk gebelik yaşı 18.3 ay, ilk buzağılama yaşı 28.0 ay, servis periyodu 128 gün, gebelik için servis sayısı 2.0, doğum aralığı 13.8 ay hesaplanmıştır. Süt üretim işletmeleri genelinde gerçek laktasyon süt verimleri 323 günde 4059 kg bulunmuştur. 2x305 gün ve Ergin Çağ süt verim ortalamaları sırasıyla 4030 ve 4767 kg olarak saptanmıştır. İşletmeler genelinde yem gideri payı % 53.5 bulunmuş bunu % 19.2 ile kredi faiz gideri izlemiş, fayda/gider oranı ise 1.125 olarak hesaplanmıştır. Süt üretim işletmelerinde yavru ve süt verimleri yönünden bildirilen literatürlerde yer alan çoğu işletmelerin üzerinde bir verimlilik düzeyi yansıtmasıyla birlikte, ekonomik karlılığın oldukça düşük olduğu saptanmıştır.tr_TR
dc.description.abstractThe aim of this study was to determine the production parameters and the economic efficiencies of milk production enterprises in Bursa-Yenişehir district. The rates of oestrus, pregnancy, unoestrus, abortion, calving and first insemination ages of Holsteins raised in enterprises were found 91.0, 77.7, 2.2, 1.9, 75.7 per cent and 15.9 months, respectively. The first pregnancy and calving ages of Holsteins studied were 18.3 and 28.0 months. The figures calculated for service period, service per pregnancy and calving intervals were 128 days, 2 insemination and 13.8 months, respectively. The calculated average milk production per cow for lactation periods, 2x305 days and mature age were found 4059 kg in 323 days of lactation, 4030 and 4767 kg, respectively. The proportions of expenses in milk production were found 53.5 per cent for feed, 19.2 per cent for the interest of the credit. The ratio of the incomes to the expenses in milk production enterprises was 1.125. It was concluded that the production parameters was better than many other enterprises appeared in the references, but the economic profitability of the enterprises in the area was fairly low.en_US
