Hadis usûlünü nassa dayandırma çabası

Abstract

Hadisçiler, hadis usûlü ile ilgili konuları işlerken o konuyla ilgili örnek hadisler de zikrederler. Bu hadisler yanında zaman zaman, usûl kaidesinin bizzat kendisine işâret eden âyet ve hadisler de nakledilir. Bu tavrıyla müellif, o kaideyi sanki mezkûr âyet veya hadisten çıkardığı veya en azından bunlar tarafından doğrulandığı izlenimini uyandırır. İşte biz bu çalışmamızda, hadisçilerin bu kabilden zikrettiği âyet ve hadislerden bazı örnekler vermek istiyoruz.While studying the issues regarding hadith methodology, scholars of hadith narrate exemplary traditions that are directly related to these issues. Beside these traditions, they also refer to the Qur’anic verses and traditions that point to the methodological principles themselves. By doing so, these scholars intend to give the impression that the principle under review is supported by, if not deduced from, and justified by the Qur’an and the Hadith. The aim of this paper is to examine some of the verses and traditions that are mentioned in this context by the scholars of hadith.
