Omuz periartritlerinin tedavisinde ultrason

Abstract

Çalışmamızda omuz periartritlerinin tedavisinde ultrasonun etkisini araştırdık. 42 hasta iki gruba ayrılarak birinci gruba ultrason + egzersizler, ikinci gruba plasebo ultrason + egzersizler uygulandı. Çalışmada parametre olarak ağrı, basmakla duyarlılık, el kavrama gücü ve omuz hareketlerini kullandık. Çalışma sonucunda her iki tedavi şeklinin omuz periartritlerinde etkili olduğu kanısına vardık.

In our investigation we have studied the effect of ultrasound treatment for periarthritis of the shoulder 42 patients divided into two groups randomly. The first group was treated by ultrasound + exercises and the second group by placebo ultrasound + exercises. Pain, tenderness on palpation, grip strength and shoulder movements were used as criteria to determine the efficacy of treatment. At the end of the investigation we have found that both ultrasound + exercises and placebo ultrasound + exercises are effective in periarthritis of the shoulder.
