Troid bezi hastalıklarında K.B.B. hekimlerinin problemleri

Abstract

Troid bezi yakın komşuluğu dolayısıyla K.B.B. hekimlerinin çalışma sharına sıklıkla girmektedir. Troid ile karşılaşan cerrahın tutumu, bezin önemli olan fonksiyonları nedeniyle çok mühimdir. Yazımızda , karşılaştığımız toroidal menşeli vak 'alar özellikleri ne göre ayrı ayrı değerlendirilmiş ve K. B.B. hekimi olarak tedavi metodlarımız eleştirilmiştir. Netice olarak troid üzerine öngörülen müdahalelerin muhakkak surette bezin fonksiyonel durumunun açıklığa kavuştu olmasından sonra yapılmasında zorunluluk olduğu kabul edilmiştir. Ayrıca, icab eden yerlerde vakalara ait muayene ve operasyon metotlarında kısaca değinilmiştir.

The aer, nose and throat specialists deal with the troid gland because it is found in their field of study . The conduct of the surgeon who is facet with the troid gland is very important . The surgeon has to be very careful because o f the considerable functions of the gland. In our research , the cases originating from the troid gland are searched carefully according to their characteristics and we criticised the methods o f treatment. As a result it is accepted that the interventions t o the troid gland should be made after the functional condition of the troid gland was closely examined. Moreover,when necessary the methods of treatment and surgery are mentioned briefly.
