| dc.description.abstract | Bu araştırma, entansif besiye alınan erkek ve dişi hindilerde yem formunun besi performansı ve bazı karkas özelliklerine etkilerini saptamak amacıyla düzenlenmiştir. Araştırmanın hayvan materyalini 12 haftalık yaşta erkek-dişi Betina ırkı hindiler oluşturmuştur. Araştırmanın yem materyalini ise toz, pelet, öğütülmüş pelet ve dane formdaki hindi büyüme ve besi yemi oluşturmuş olup, deneme 4 grupla 2 dönemde yürütülmüştür. Hindilere 42 günlük büyütme ve 56 günlük besi uygulandıktan sonra besiye son verilmiştir. Farklı fondaki yemlerle beslenen erkek ve dişi hindilerin büyütme + besi dönemi süresince toplam ve günlük ortalama canlı ağırlık artışları sırasıyla; 4.49 - 1.93, 3.62 - 2.00, 4.03 1.86, 4.46 - 1.93 kg ve 45.8 - 19.7, 36.9 - 20.4, 41.1 - 19.0, 45.5 19.7 g bulunmuştur. Grupların günlük ve bir kg canlı ağırlık artışı için yem tüketimleri ise sırasıyla; 269.3, 271.0, 275.3, 274.0 g ve 8.210, 9.442, 9.177 ve 8.405 kg bulunmuştur. Hindilerin karkas randımanları erkek ve dişilerde gruplara göre sırasıyla; % 84.4, - 84.8, 86.5 - 86.4. 86 .5 - 90.7, 83.6 - 82.1 olarak saptanmıştır. Cinsiyet faktörünün etkisinin önemli (P < 0.01) bulunduğu araştırmada yem formunun besi performansı ve bazı karkas özelliklerine etki etmediği belirlenmiştir. | tr_TR |
| dc.description.abstract | The research was carried out to determine effects of feed form on fattening performance of male-female turkeys conducted to intensive fattening. Animal material of the research was 12 weeks old male female Betina turkeys. Feed material was turkey growing and fattening concentrate mixtures in tlıe form of fine, pellet, grinded pellet and whole. The research was carried out in two periods with 4 groups of turkey. The research was finished after 42 days growing and 56 days fattening periods. Total and daily liveweight gain of male-female turkeys fed different forms of feed at growing fattening periods were 4.49 1.93, 3.62 - 2.00, 4.03 - 1.86, 4.46 - 1.93 kg and 45.8 - 19.7, 36.9 · 20.4, 41.1 - 19.0, 45.5 - 19.7 g respectively. Daily feed consumption and feed consumption for 1 kg of liveweight gain of the groups were determined as 269.3, 271.0, 275.3, 274.0 g and 8.210, 9.442, 9.177 and 8.405 kg respectively. Average dressing percentage of male-female turkeys in the groups were % 84.4 - 84.8, 86.5 . - 86.4, 86.5 - 90.7, 83.6 82.1 % respectively. It has been determined that feed fom didn't effect fattening performance and carcass characteristics of turkeys however effect of sex factor was significant (P < 0.01). | en_US |
