dc.description.abstractBu çalışma, terörizm sorununun günümüzde nasıl küresel bir tehdit durumuna geldiğini inceleyerek, terörizm kavramı üzerine bugüne kadar yaşanan tartışmalarda dile getirilen birbirinden farklı yaklaşımların temelinde bulunan 'tanım sıkıntısına' işaret etmektedir. Bu çerçevede, terörizm sorunu konusunda yaşanan tartışmalarda bir kavram kargaşasının yaşandığı kabulünden hareketle, konu hakkında yaşanan kavram kargaşasının çözümlenebilmesinin yolunun da ancak temel kavramlar üzerinde sağlanabilecek bir uzlaşımla olanaklı olacağı savı incelenmeye çalışılmaktadır.tr_TR
dc.description.abstractThis study investigating how problem of terrorism in our contemporary world turned out to be a global threat indicates definition crisis' those underlie differ ent approaches expressed by the quarrels involved until today, concerning the concept of terror. In this frame setting out with a supposition that there is a conceptual fallacy in the quarrels involved, concerning terrorism, the thesis that the way by which that conceptual fallacy could be solved is possible only by a convention reached on the fundamental concepts is being tried to be proved.en_US
