| dc.description.abstract | Bu çalışma, mycoplasmaların neden olduğu keçi-ciğer ağrısı (keçi mycoplasnıosis'i)nin sağaltımı ve profiluxisinde tiamulin etkisini belirlemek amacı ile yapıldı. Araştırma sırasında 90 adet keçi kullanıldı. Hastalığın tanısı için klinik, muayene bulguları, otopsi ve mikrobiyolojik araştırmalardan yararlanılır. Tedavi grubunu oluşturan 60 keçiye 10 mg/kg tiamulin, 3 gün süre ile IM yolla uygulandı. Diğer gnıp ise, kontrol olarak bırakıldı. Elde edilen veriler keçi-ciğer ağrısının tiamulin kullanılarak başan ile sağaltılabileceğini gösterdi. | tr_TR |
| dc.description.abstract | This study was performed to confirm results obtained with tianıulin in treatment and prophylaxis of caprine pleuro - pneumonia caused by mycoplasmas. Ninety animals were used and disease was diagnosed by specific clinical examinations, necropsy and microbiological investigationş. One group of animals, consist of 60 animal, received medication (three consecutive, I.M. administration of 10 mg/kg tianıulin), the other group served as controls. The data presented show that goals suffering from caprine pleuro-pneumonia can be successfully treated with tiamulin. | en_US |
