Abstract
Günümüzde projelerin boyutlarının ve sosyo-ekonomik önemlerinin çok büyük ölçüde artması, etkinlik ve verimlilik konularına önem verilmesini zorunlu kılmaktı ve bu konuda da proje yöneticilerine büyük görevler düşmektedir. Bu makalede örgütsel yapının ve planlama-kontrol sisteminin önemine dikkat çekilmek te ve özellikle inşaat aşamasındaki verimlilik üzerinde durulmaktadır. Verimliliği etkileyen faktörler ve verimliliğin arttırılmasında yararlanılabilecek teknikler ana hatlarıyla incelenmektedir.
The increasing social and economic importance of large-scale projects in recent years implies giving more emphasize on achieving efficiency and productivity. Thus, this creates new tasks and responsibilities for project managers. The author intends to focus the importance of organizational structures and planning and control systems. The factors affecting productivity are discussed in this article. And the managerial techniques to improve productivity during the implementation stages of projects are also examined briefly.
