Mol hidatidiform

Abstract

Trofoblastik hastalıklar spektrumunun bir bölümünü oluşturan mol hidatiform günümüzde birçok sorunları beraberinde taşımaktadır. Dünyanın her yerinde tanı, tedavi, takip yönünden değişik yöntemler kullanılmaktadır. Biz de bunu göz önüne alarak, 5 yıllık süre içerisinde (1983·1988) kliniğimize başvuran ve komplet mol (mol hidatidiform) tanısı konulan 34 olguyu inceledik. Amacımız klinik olarak riskli olanları diğerlerinden ayırabilmek ve daha etkin bir takip ve tedavi türü saptayabilmek.

In now days, mole hydatidiform that forms a part of the spectrum of trophoblastic diseases is associated with a lot of problems and complications. All over the world, different methods are in use from the point of diagnosis, treatment and follow up. Having this in mind we evaluated the 34 cases of mole hydatidiform that diagnosed in our clinic within the years of 1983 · 1988. Our main goal was to differentiate clinically the high-risk cases from the low ones and to establish a more effective method in the management of the disease.
