dc.description.abstractBesi sığırlarında canlı ağırlık artışını ve yemden yararlanma oranını araştırmak için yapılan bu çalışmada Uludağ Üniversitesi Veteriner Fakültesi Pilot Besi Ünitesinde beslenen 12 adet 6-10 aylık Holştayn, erkek, melezi sığır kullanıldı. Dengeli bir rasyonla 8 ay süre ile beslenen sığırların besi başı ve besi sonu kan glukoz, total protein, vitamin C ve fosfor düzeyleri saptandı. Besi başı ve besi sonu canlı ağırlıkları kaydedildi. Besi hayvanı seçiminde yararlanılabilecek parametreler için yapılan çalışmada, kan glukoz düzeyinin kullanılabileceği ve bu yolla yapılan bir değerlendirmede, kan glukozu % 61 mg üzerinde olan sığırların, bu değerin altında olanlara göre 19,890 kg fazla kilo kazandığı tesbit edildi.tr_TR
dc.description.abstractThis study has been done to investigate live weight gain and feed conversion in Twelve Holstein cross 6-10 months old, male beef cattle were used as research materials which were fed in Uludağ University Pilot Feeding Unite They fed with a balanced ration. The blood glucose, total protein, vitamin C and inorganic phosphate levels and live weights were measured in the beginning and at the end of the feeding period. We concluded that blood glucose levels could be a useful parameter for animal choice. Beef cattles had more than % 61 mg glucose have had 19,89 kg more live weights than one had lower glucose level.en_US
