| dc.description.abstract | Cahiliye kelimesinin bir zihniyeti temsil ettiğinden hareketle düşünmeye başlayan bu makalede, cahiliyenin ahlâka bakan yüzüyle mücadelede Allah Resûlü’nün ne gibi adımlar attığı ve bu adımların günümüzde yinelenmesinin imkânı üzerinde durulmuştur. Nebevî ahlâka duyulan ihtiyaç bu kadar açıkken, Müslüman toplumlarda Hz. Peygamber’i ahlâkî bir model olarak benimseme başarısının neden bu kadar düşük olduğu sorgulanarak, söz konusu başarıyı etkileyen teoriye ve pratiğe dair engeller tartışılmıştır. Teorik engel ile kastedilen, sünnetin, “Allah Resûlü tarafından teşvik edilen ve şefaate vesile olan ama yaptırım taşımayan” bir diğer ifadeyle “yapılsa iyi olan ama yapılmazsa ceza gerektirmeyen” davranışlar şeklinde kodlanmasıdır. Bu durum, sünnetin ahlâka dair emirlerinin de en az hukuka dair emirleri kadar bağlayıcı olduğunun unutulmasına neden olmaktadır. Diğer taraftan Peygamber ahlâkının yeterince model alınmaması, hayat akıp giderken insanların kimi ya da kimleri model aldığı sorusunu akla getirmektedir. Bu bağlamda pratik engel ile kastedilen, Allah Resûlü’nü seven ve ona güvenenlerin, onunla özdeşim kurmak için ihtiyaç duydukları somut örneklerden mahrum olmalarıdır. | tr_TR |
| dc.description.abstract | Considering that ignorance is a mentality rather than a state, in this article, we discuss the method of Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) to struggle with ignorance and the possibility of applying the same method today in terms of morality. Besides we question the main reasons not to adopt Prophet Muhammad as a model in Muslim societies. We discuss the theoretical and practical obstacles of these reasons as well. What we mean by theoretical obstacle is the perception of Sunnah as “behaviors which are not obligatory but good to do”. This perception leads to be forgotten that the commands of Sunnah related to morality are obligatory as much as the commands related to law. On the other hand the fact that morality of Prophet Mohammad has not been modelled enough reminds the question who has/have been modelled by people recently. In this context, what we mean by practical obstacle is the lack of embodiment to identify those who love and trust the Prophet Mohammad with him. | en_US |
