dc.description.abstractAnne karnındaki ilaçların plasenta aracılığıyla fötusa geçişi ve fötus dolaşımındaki bir çok şant'lar nedeniyle dilüe edilmesi (sulandırılması) ve genel dolaşımdan evvel fötus karaciğerinde süzülmesi ve buna bağlı olarak derin uyuyan anneden doğan çocuğun deprese olmayıp derin ve normal soluk alması ve apgar değerlerinin yüksek bulunması nedenleri ve bunun pratikteki uygulaması tartışıldı.tr_TR
dc.description.abstractWe have discussed the reasons for the newborn baby 's good Apgar's scores and satisfactory breathing situation just after delivery from a deeply anesthetised mother. We have also shown the different patterns of circulation in mother and fetus. In the fetus side there are many shunts that cause considerable dilution of blood and breakdowns of drugs by fetus liver.en_US
