| dc.description.abstract | Nüfus artışı, iklim değişikliği ve çevre kirliliği ile birlikte kullanılabilir su kaynaklarımız gün geçtikçe azalmaktadır. Bu durumun olumsuz etkilerini azaltmaya yönelik olarak Tarım ve Orman Bakanlığı tarafından “Kırsal Kalkınma Destekleri Kapsamında Bireysel Sulama Sistemlerinin Desteklenmesi” başlıklı tarım programı yürütülmektedir. Burada amaç yaklaşık olarak %70’i tarım sektöründe sulama suyu olarak kullanılan suyun etkinliğini ve verimliliğini artırmaktır. Söz konusu literatürde bu amaca yönelik olarak hazırlanan uygulama rehberinin değerlendirilmesi yapılmış ve sahaya yansımaları çeşitli bilimsel çalışmalar üzerinden incelenmiştir. Değerlendirmeler ve incelemeler sonucunda bahsi geçen tarım programının eksikliklerinin giderilmesi ile ilgili olarak yapılması gerekenlerin üzerinde durulmuştur. | tr_TR |
| dc.description.abstract | With population growth, climate change and environmental pollution, our usable water resources are decreasing day by day. In order to reduce the negative effects of this situation, the agriculture program titled “Supporting Individual Irrigation Systems within the Scope of Rural Development Supports” is carried out by the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry. The aim here is to increase the efficiency and productivity of water, approximately 70% of which is used as irrigation water in the agricultural sector. In the mentioned literature, the application guide prepared for this purpose has been evaluated and its reflections on the field have been examined through various scientific studies. As a result of the evaluations and examinations, what needs to be done to eliminate the deficiencies of the aforementioned agricultural program was emphasized. | en_US |
