Trombasitlerin glukoz kullanımı üzerine aspirin, persantin ve indobufenin etkisinin araştırılması

Abstract

Trombositlerin glukoz kullanımı üzerine aspirin, persantin ve indobufenin etkisini göstermeyi amaçladığımız bu çalışma, sağlıklı insan kanından elde edilen TZP da (trombositten zengin plazma) yapıldı. İn vitro koşullarda, TZP üzerine 0.11 mol/lt glukoz ilave edilen kontrol grubu olgularının 37°C de 0,60, 120, 180, 240 dakikalık inkübasyon periyotları sonunda glukoz kullanımı ve laktat oluşumu düzeyleri ölçüldü. Bu değerler, TZP üzerine aspirin, persantin, indobufen gibi ilaçların ve glukoz ilave edilmesiyle elde edilen değerlerle karşılaştırıldı. İlaçlı gruplarda, kontrol grubuna göre glukoz kullanımı ve laktat oluşumu bakımından anlamlı bir azalma bulundu.In this study we aimed to show the effect of acety lsalicylic acid, dipyridamole, indobufen on the platelet glucose utilization. It was done in PRP (Platelet rich plasma) obtained from· healthy human blood. in vitro conditions, the levels of lactate formation and glucose utilization were measured after 0,60, 120, 180, 240 minutes incubation periods at 37°C in the samples of 0.11 mol/lt glucose added control groups. These levels were compared with the levels obtained by the addition of acetylsalicylic acid, dipyridamole, indobufen and glucose to PRP. When compared with control group, a significant decrease was fo und in groups with drugs.
