Abstract
Spantan olarak gelişen cild altı amfizem ve pnömomediastinumun oldukça ender rastlanır olgular olduğu kaynak verileri tarandığı zaman ortaya çıkmaktadır. Bu bildiride böyle durumlarda trakeal kanala uygulanan anjiyoketlerin intratrakeal basıncı düşürerek iyileşmeyi hızlandırdığı tartışılmıştır.
It is understood when the canceming literature is reviewed that the cases of subcutaneous and mediastinal emphysema are very rare. In this article, it is discussed that an angiocath applied into the tracheal lumen instances the healing by decompressing the intratnıcheal pressure.
