dc.description.abstractBu çalışma Ramlıç ve Dağlıç koyunlarında sıfat sezonu süresi, kızgınlık süresi ve kızgınlık siklusu süresi gibi temel dölerme özelliklerinin saptanması amacıyla yapılmıştır. Araştırma Çifteler Harasındaki 23 Ramlıç ve 23 Dağlıç koyunu üzerinde bir yıl süreyle yürütülmüştür. Kızgınlık taramaları 6 saat arayla ve günde 4 kez arama koçu kullanılarak uygulanmıştır. Deneme koyunları araştırma süresince tohumlanmadılar. Sıfat sezonu süresi Ramlıç koyunlannda 151.17 ± 6.09 gün, Dağlıç koyunlarında da 144.35 ± 9.66 gün olarak saptanmıştır. KızgınIık süresi Ramlıç koyunlarında 35.38 ± 1.51 saat, Dağlıç koyunlarında 27.68 ± 0.96 saat olarak bulunmuştur. Kızgınlık siklusu süresi ise Ramlıç koyunlarında 16.63 ± 0.13 gün, Dağlıç koyunlarında 16.89 ± 0.20 gün hesaplanmıştır. Kızgınlık süresi Ramlıç koyunlarında Dağlıç koyunlarında istatistiki olarak daha yüksek bulunmuştur. Sıfat sezonu ve kızgınlık siklusu süreleri bakımından genotip grupları arasında önemli bir farklılık saptanamamıştır.tr_TR
dc.description.abstractThe research was made in order to investigate the durations of breeding season, oestrus and oestrus cycle as some reproductive parameters in Ramlıç and Dağlıç ewes. It was studied for one year at Çifteler State Farm on 23 Ramlıç and 23 Dağlıç ewes. Oestrus control was made four times in a day with 6 hours intervals by using teaser rams. The ewes was not inseminated for one year. The durations of breeding season were calculated as 151.17 ± 6.09 days for Ramlıç ewes, 144.35 ± 9.66 days for Dağlıç ewes. The oestrus durations were 35.38 ± 1.51 hours for Ramlıç ewes and 27.68 ± 0.96 hours for Dağlıç ewes. The oestrus cycles were 16.63 ± 0.13 days in Ramlıç ewes and 16.89 ± 0.20 days in Dağlıç ewes. The duration of oestrus was found to be significantly higher in Ramlıç ewes than that in Dağlıç ewes statistically. There were no significant differences between two genotype groups with respect to the breeding season and the oestrus cycle.en_US
