Abstract
1999 Yılı, deprem-yapı-mimar ilişkisinde, yapı oluşturma sürecinde; devreye giren kişi, kurum ve yönetmeliklerin; mesleki, etik, sorumluluklar ve denetim açısından yeniden sorgulandığı bir dönüm noktası olmuştur. Deprem bilinci, mimar ve mühendisler, üreticiler, kullanıcılar açısından bir kez daha kazanılmaya ve kazandırılmaya çalışılmaktadır. Konu birbiriyle etkileşim içinde olan birçok konunun mimari açıdan farklı bir bakış açısıyla ele alınarak irdelenecektir. Eğitimci, tasarımcı, uygulayıcı ve kullanıcı olarak yapısal açıdan alınması gereken önlemler olarak değerlendirilecektir.
1999, is the turning point in reinterragation of people, institution and regulations included in - in terms of professional, ethical responsibilities and supervision - in earthquake, building and architect relation in formation of building proscess. Earthquake conscious is tried to be gained again again in terms of architects, engineers, producers and users. This subject will be investigated in architectural point of view of many interactive subjects. Precautionary measures in terms of structure which should be taken by instructors, designers, practitioners and users will be evaulated. Structural system and wall – filling materials of the buildings in our country will be evaluated numerically. The problems of illegal building formation – which is deprived of architect and engineeer services, become intense in high eartquake risk areas, and have poor quality building stock – interms of earthquake will be investigated.
