Böbrekte leiomyosarkoma

Abstract

Böbrek sarkomları nadir görülen ve tüm malign böbrek tümörlerinin % 1-3 ünü oluşturan tümörlerdir. Leiomyosarkomlar ise böbrek sarkomları arasında en fazla görülenleridir. Tümörler genellikle 40 yaş üzerindeki kadınlarda bulunur. En sık rastlanan şikayetler, üst kadran ağrısı, üst kadranda ele gelen kitle, hematüri, kilo kaybı ve gastrointestinal yakınmalardır. Böbrek leiomyosarkomaları malignite dereceleri yüksek tümörlerdendir. Hastalarda tedaviye rağmen prognoz iyi değildir. Tümörlerin histolojik görünümleri fuziform şekilli, eozinofilik sitoplazmalı hücrelerin yaptıkları demet ve palizat yapılarında oluşur, Olgumuz 65 yaşında, sol böbreğinde tümoral kitlesi bulunan kadın hastadır.

Sarkomas of the kidney are rare and constitute 1 to 3 percent of all malignant renal tumours. Leiomyosarcoma is the most common renal sarcoma. The tumor is more commonly found in women and usually occur after age 40. The most frequent symptoms are flank pain, flank mass, hematuria, weight loss and gastrointestinal symptoms. Leiomyosarcomas of the kidney are highly malignant neoplasms. In spite of the treatment the prognosis of these tumours are poor. Histological apperances of the tumours, typical spindle shaped cells with eosinophilic cytoplasm were seen arranged in bundles with blunted. Our case in 65 years old woman who has had tumour mass in the left kidney.
