dc.description.abstractBu çalışmada Kronik Böbrek yetmezliği nedeni ile haftada 2-3 kez hemodiyalize giren Anemik 10 kadın, 9 erkek 19 olguda r-HuEPO'nun 9 ay süre ile kullanımının Plazma PTH, Prolaktin, T-Testosteron, S-Testosteron düzeylerine etkisi araştırıldı. Tedavi periyodu sonunda kadın ve erkek grupta Prolaktin düzeylerinde anlamlı olarak azalma gözlenirken (p < 0.05), PTH, T-Testosteron, S-Testosteron değerinde önemli bir farklılık saptanmadı (p > 0.5). Kronik Hemodiyaliz olgularında r-HuEPO tedavisinde görülen seksüel fonksiyonlardaki iyileşmenin, artmış plazma prolaktin düzeylerindeki düşüş ile ilişkili olabileceği kanısına varılmıştır.tr_TR
dc.description.abstractIn 10 Female and 9 Male hemodialyzed patients Prolactin, PTH, Total and Free Testosterone levels were followed during 9 months of r-HuEPO therapy. Serum Prolactin values decreased significantly in both sexes (p < 0.05). r-HuEPO treatment did not influence significantly PTH, TotaI and Free Testosterone Levels (p > 0.5). The improvement in sexual function under r-HuEPO treatment may be related to lowering significantly the levels of Prolactin.en_US
