Limousin X Holstein F1 melezlerinde besi performansı ve karkas özellikleri

Abstract

Bu çalışma Limousin X Holstein Fı melezlerinde besi performansı, kesim ve karkas özelliklerinin incelenmesi amacıyla yapılmıştır. Araştırmada 8 erkek ve 10 dişi melez buzağı materyal olarak kullanılmıştır. Limousin X Holstein melez erkek ve dişiler için sırasıyla besi başı ağırlığı 71.75 ve 69.60 kg, besi sonu ağırlığı 501.9 ve 498.1 kg' dır. Ayrıca erkek ve dişilerde besi süresi, kesim yaşı, günlük canlı ağırlık artışı ve kg canlı ağırlık artışı için tüketilen yem sırası ile 389.2 ve 471.4 gün; 450.9 ve 532.3 gün; 1140 ve 919 g; ve 6.36 ve 7.50 kg olarak bulunmuştur. Cinsiyet gruplarında günlük canlı ağırlık artışı, besi süresi ve kesim yaşı bakımından farklar önemli bulunmuştur (P<0.05). Besi sonunda sıcak ve soğuk karkas ağırlıkları melez erkeklerde 296.41 ve 289.84 kg, melez dişilerde 283.13 ve 276.52 kg olup gruplar arası farklar önemli bulunmuştur. (P<0.001). Sıcak, soğuk karkas randımanı, kemik oranı, iç yağ ve böbrek yağ ortalamaları melez erkeklerde sırası ile% 59.06, % 57.75, % 18. 14, 8.87 kg ve 5.80 kg; melez dişilerde % 56.85, % 55.52, % 15.70, 13.60 kg ve 13.98 kg bulunmuştur. Erkek ve dişi melezler için yukarıda bahsedilen değerler bakımından cinsiyet grupları arasındaki farklar önemli tespit edilmiştir (P<0.05 - P<0 .001 ).

The purpose of this study was to examine the fattening performance, slaughtering and carcass characteristics in the Limousin X Holstein Fı crossbreds. For this research 8 male and 10 female crossbred calves were used. For groups of Limousin X Holstein male and female crosses, body weight averaged 71.75 and 69.60 kg at the beginning of fattening, 501.9 and 498.1 kg at the end, respectively.in addition, the average of duration of fattening, ages of slaughter; daily weight gains and the average intakes of dry matter per kg of live weight gains for males and females were found as 389.2 and 471.4 days; 450.9 and 532.3 days; 1140 and 919 g; and 6.36 and 7.50 kg, respectively. There were signifıcant differences between sex groups in respect to daily weight gain, duration of fattening and age at slaughter (P<0.05). At the end of fattening period, the average hot and cold carcass weights were found to be 296.41 and 289.84 kg for male crosses; 283.13 and 276.52 kg for female crosses. The differences between the sex groups in respect to these values were stastistically signifıcant (P<0 .001 ). The averages of hot and cold dressing percentage s, percentage of bone, internal fat and kidney fat were found to be 59.06%, 57.75 %, 18.14 %, 8.87 kg and 5.80 kg in male crosses and 56.85 %, 55.52 %, 15.70 %, 13.60 kg and 13.98 kg in female crosses, respectively. Between sex groups in respect to the values mentioned above for male and female crosses, there were signifıeant differences (P<0 .01P<0 .001).
