| dc.description.abstract | Bu çalışmada, ekolojik uygunluk, sanayinin varlığı ve dış ticaret olanakları bakımından ülkemiz için önemli olan makarnalık buğday tarımının sorunları incelenmiştir. Makarnalık buğday tarımının gelişimini sınırlayan başlıca faktörlerin veri noksanlığı, fiyat ve çeşit sorunları olduğu saptanmış ve bunlara çözüm önerileri getirilmeye çalışılmıştır. | tr_TR |
