Abstract
Birinci donem Tanzimat Edebiyatımızın güçlü temsilcisi Ziya Paşa'nın bu eseri, yine edebiyatımızın güçlü şairlerinden Bağdatlı Ruhi'nin Terkib-i Bendine nazire olarak yazılmıştır. Şekil ekşiliğine rağmen, ruh ve mana yeniliği ·ile, yepyeni fikirleriyle sahibine haklı bir ün sağlayan eser yıllar boyu sevilip, okunmuştur.
This work of literature by Ziya Paşa who is the capable representative of the first period of our literature of Tanzimat was written as an imitation of the poem "Terkib-i Bend" of Ruhi a native of Bağhdad, who is also one of the powerful poets of our literature. Although it was old in form, the work, which made the outhor gain a just fame with its richness in spirit and meaning, and with its quite new ideas, has been loved and read for years.
