dc.description.abstractİslâmî ilimlerin birçok alanında eserler kaleme almış ve Zâhirî Mezhebi’nin sistemini oluşturmuş bir ilim adamı olan İbn Hazm, sisteminde hadislere özel bir önem atfetmiştir. Özellikle elMuhallâ’da fıkhî görüşlerinin büyük çoğunluğunu hadislere dayandırmıştır. İbn Hazm kullandığı hadislerin sıhhatlerini ve delil değerlerini belirlemek için klasik hadis usulü kaidelerini kullanmayı öngörmüştür. Ancak onun, bu düşüncesini pratiğe yansıtmakta fazla başarılı olamadığı, özellikle râviler hakkında verdiği hükümlerde bazı hatalara düştüğü iddia edilmektedir. İbn Hazm’ın bu bağlamda yaptığı râvi tenkitleri kendisinden sonra gelen hadis âlimleri tarafından çokça tartışılmış, aynı zamanda ona bu yönde bazı eleştiriler de yöneltilmiştir. Bu makalede söz konusu eleştiriler çerçevesinde onun râvi tenkitlerinin değeri araştırılmıştır.tr_TR
dc.description.abstractWriting several books on various branches of Islamic Sciences and constituting the system of the Zahirite theologocial sect, Ibn Hazm considered the hadiths important in his system. He based his jurisprudential decisions on hadiths. Ibn Hazm had envisaged using the regulations of classical hadith methodology for evaluating the authenticity and evidence value of the fundamental hadiths he used as evidence for his thoughts. But it is claimed that he failed to carry out his proposal, especially he fall into some mistakes at his decisions about some narrators’ trustworthiness. Ibn Hazm’s criticizing on the narrators has been discussing by the scholars lived after his age, and he also has been criticized on this context. This article studies the significance of his decisions about the trustworthiness of the narrators in the frame of these critiques addressed to him.en_US
