| dc.description.abstract | Bursa, Osmanlı döneminde güneyde Uludağ yamaçlarına doğru tırmanan, kuzeyde ovaya doğru inen son dönemlerde ise doğu-batı yönünde hızlı bir yayılma göstermektedir. Osmanlının konut yapısı coğrafî anlamda komşuları olan diğer devletlerden ve Bizans’tan farklıdır. Konutların dış görünüşlerinin mütevazı olması, sınıfsız Müslüman toplumu yapısının bir yansımasıdır. Yerleşim yerleri olarak çoğunlukla meyilli araziler seçilmek suretiyle gereksinim duyulan suya doğal bir akıntı imkanı verildiği gibi, konutların ufkunun açık olması ve güneşten faydalanması da sağlanmıştır. Bu çalışmada Bursa’nın fizikî yapısı hakkında kısaca bilgi verildikten sonra konutların genel özellikleri ve konut terminolojisi üzerinde durulmuştur. Temel kaynak olarak 17. Yüzyıl Bursa Şer‘iyye Sicillerinden yararlanılmıştır. Konut satışları ile ilgili Bursa Şer’iyye Sicilleri’nde yer alan toplam 1320 adet belge değerlendirilmiştir. Belgelerde konutların müştemilat kısımları hakkında yer alan bilgilerden faydalanılarak incelediğimiz dönemle ilgili bir konut terminolojisi oluşturulmuştur. Bunlarla ilgili örneklemeler sırasında belgelerde çok sık rastlanan terimlere referans verilmemiştir. | tr_TR |
| dc.description.abstract | In Ottoman period, Bursa has expanded towards the slopes of Uludag and it has spread towards the plain on the north and recently it has spreaded in east-west direction. The Ottoman house structure is significantly different from Byzantium and the other neighboring states. The modesty of the outer appearance of the houses reflects the classless structure of the Muslim society. By choosing sloped areas for establishing settlements the required water is given the opportunity to flow naturally and houses have unhindered vies and good use of the sun. After a brief discussion about Bursa’s physical structure, the general characteristics of the houses and house terminology are analyzed in this study. 17th century Bursa judge records have been adopted as main references. A total of 1320 documents involving the house sales are evaluated. A house terminology about the period of interest has been constituted by making use of information in documents about the appurtenances. References of terms frequently seen in documents are not made. | en_US |
