dc.description.abstract15 yaşındaki dişi kurt köpeğinde bilateral böbrek taşları ve pyelonefritis saptanmıştır. Her iki böbreğin nonfonksiyone ve genel durumun çok ağır oluşu nedeniyle euthanasie uygulanarak, histopatolojik muayene sonuçlan ve taşların mineral kompozisyonları belirlenip değerlendirilmiştir. Histopatolojik muayenelerde, her iki böbrekte ilerlemiş pyelonefritis olaylarında görülen generalize bir glomerulonefritis purulenta disseminata tablosu saptanmıştır. Taşların biyokimyasal analiz sonuçlarına göre mineral kompozisyonunda MAP. (Struvit), Ca Co' Sistin ve Urat kombinasyonunda olduğu anlaşılmıştır.tr_TR
dc.description.abstractBei einer 15 jährigen Schäferhündin wurden bilaterale Nierensteine und Pyelonephritis purulenta festgestellt. Beide Nieren funktionieren nicht. Aufgrund des sehr schlechten Habitus musste die Hündin euthanasiert werden. Bei den anschliesend durchgeführten histopathologischen Untersuchungen war ein Bild mit generalisierter Glomentlonephritis prulenta disseminata an beiden Nieren zu beobachten. Die biochemische Analyse der Steine ergab eine Materialkomposition von MAP. (Struvit), CaCo; Sistin und Urat.de
