Distimik bozukluk gösteren olgularda komputerize tomografi bulguları

| dc.description.abstract | Bu çalışmaya distimik bozukluk gösteren 101 olgu alınmış olup bu hastaların hepsinde EEG ve CT kontrolları rutin olarak yapılmıştır. Bu araştınnada CT'si normal olan 63, CT'si patolojik olan 38 olgu bulunmaktadır. CT'leri patolojik olan olguların yaş sınırdarı 24-59 yıl olup ortalaması 44.57 yıldır. Hastalık süreleri ise 2-30 yıl olup ortalaması 10.18 yıldır. CT'/eri normal olan olguların yaş sınırları 20-66 yıl olup ortalaması 36.38 yıldır. Hastalık süreleri ise 2-32 yıl olup ortalaması 8.50 yıldır. Distimik bozukluk tanısı DSM-III ve ICD-9 daki kriterler dikkate alınarak konulmuştur. Distimik bozukluk tam grubunda CT'si patolojik olanlarda enerji azlığı ve yorgunluk; okulda, işte ya da evde etkinlik ve üretkenlik azalması; olağandan az aktivite ve konuşkanlık; kronik üzüntü ve umutsuzluk; genellikle zorlayıcı bir yaşantı; beden fonksiyon yakınmaları ve fobi gibi semptomlar daha çok oranda görülmüştür. Semptomlar tek tek ele alındığında ise CT patolojisi olanlarda lateral ventrikül dilatasyonu, bazal sisterna genişlemesi, kortikal atrofi ve ventriküler asimetri daha sıklıkla gözlenmiştir. Bundan sonraki sıklıkta 4. ventrikül dilatasyonu ve serebellar atrofi belirlenmiştir.Aynca bu grupta EEG patolojisi, normal CT ye sahip olgulardan daha sıklıkla görülmektedir. Sonuç olarak distimik bozukluk semptomatolojisi ile başvuran hastalarda organik patoloji üzerinde durmanın etyoloji ve sağaltım açısından önemli olacağı kanısına varılmıştır. | tr_TR |
| dc.description.abstract | In this study, there are 101 cases, who were diagnosed as Dysthymic Disorder; EEG and CT controls were nıade routinely to all of the patients. 63 of the 101 cases had nomal CT, and 38 had pathological CT. The age range of the cases who had pathological CT was 24-59 years with an average of 44.57 years. In this group duration of illness varied from 2 to 32 years with an average of 10.18 years. The age range of the cases who had normal CT was 20-66 years with an average of 36.38 years and the duration of illness of this group varied from 2 to 32 years with an average of 8.50 years. Dysthymic Disorder Diagnose was made according to the DSM-III and ICD-9 classification criteria. Dysthymic Disorder patients who had pathological CT, showed these symptoms more frequently; Low energy level or chronic tiredness, decreased effectiveness or productivity at school, work or home, less activity and talkative than usual, chronic sadness and hopelessness, usually a disturbing life, somatizations and phobia. When the synıptoms were taken single; lateral ventricular dilatation, basal system dilation, cortical atrophy and ventricular asymmetry were seen more frequently in the CT pathological group. Fourth ventricular dilatation and cerebellar atrophy were seen less frequent than these pathologies. In this group, EEG pathology were seen more frequent than the CT normal group. As a result; investigating the organic pathology is important about to clarify the aetiology and deciding the course of treatment in the patient with dysthymic disorder symptomatology. | en_US |
