dc.description.abstractTüylülük kumaş üretimi, ön terbiye, boyama ve bitim işlemlerini etkileyen önemli bir iplik özelliğidir. Bu çalışmada, insanların daha rahat ve daha fonksiyonel tekstil ürünlerine duydukları yüksek talebi karşılamak için ortaya çıkan spandex içerikli kor ipliklerin (elastik kor iplikler) tüylülük özellikleri incelenmiştir. Çalışmada öncelikle iplik tüylülüğü kavramı ve modifiye edilmiş ring iplik eğirme makinelerinde elastik kor iplik üretim tekniği açıklanmıştır. Çalışmanın deneysel kısmında ise, elastik kor iplik yapısındaki elastan varlığının ve bu ipliklere uygulanan bobinleme işleminin tüylülük özelliğine etkileri Polyester/Viskon (50/50) karışımı elastik kor iplikler kullanılarak araştırılmıştır.tr_TR
dc.description.abstractHairiness is one of the important yarn characteristics, which affects weaving, knitting, preparation, dyeing and finishing process in textiles. In this study, the hairiness of core-spun yarns containing spandex that aims to meet consumer demands for more comfortable, convenient and versatile textile products was investigated. Initially; yarn hairiness and producing technique of core-spun yarn containing spandex by using a modified ring spinning frame are simply explained. In the experimental part of the study, the influence of the core and effects of winding process on hairiness are investigated by using Polyester/Viscose (50/50) core-spun yarns.en_US
