Abstract
Kronik Hemodializ programındaki hastalarda farklı miktarlarda protein içeren diyetlerin, Serum a2 macroglobulin, a1 Acidglycoprotein, Albumin, Transferrin, lg A, lg G, lg M, C3 c, C4 düzeylerine etkisi araştırıldı.
Effects of different protein including diets on serum levels of a 2 macroglobulin, a1 Acidgloycoprotein, Albumin, Tramferrin, lg A, lg G, lg M, C3c C4 were investigated in Chronic Hemodialysis patients dividing them into five groups. Patients were observed for three months in each groups (1g/kg/day of protein) and (0.7 g/kg/day of protein +protein rich on the hemodialysis days) and (free diet) serum levels of urea and creatinine were as high as those in the other group, although protein levels were in normal limits. In the 0. 7g/kg/day of protein+ essential aminoacids group serum levels of urea and creatinine were significantly lower than the others, although serum proteins levels of this group was the highest. Thus, our experiments suggested that this final groups diet may be accepted as the best for chronic hemodialysis patients.
