| dc.description.abstract | İdiyopatik granülomatöz mastit, memenin nedeni bilinmeyen nadir bir enflamatuar hastalığıdır. Daha çok tek taraflı, genelde genç kadınlarda izole meme kitlesi olarak görülür. Hastaların üçte birinde daha önce oral kontraseptif kullanımı hikayesi vardır. Klinik ve radyolojik özellikleri ile meme kanserini taklit eder. Histopatolojik incelemede, meme lobüllerini bozan, enflamatuar reaksiyon ile kazeifiye olmayan çok sayıda granülomların görülmesi karakteristik özelliğidir. Kesin tanısı karakteristik histololojik özellikleri yanında diğer granülomatöz mastit yapan nedenlerin dışlanması ile konur. Bu yazıda, histopatolojik olarak idiyopatik granülomatöz mastit tanısı konan bir olgu sunulmuştur. | tr_TR |
| dc.description.abstract | Idiopathic granulomatous mastitis is a rare unmon inflammatory breast disease with unknown etiology. Generally the disease is seen in young parous women as an unilateral, isolated mass of the mammary gland. History of oral contraceptive usage is present in nearly one third of the patients. It mimics breast cancer both clinically and radiologically. Histopathologically, it is characterized by inflammatory reaction and many non-caseating granulomas destructing lobules of the gland. The definite diagnosis is based on ruling of the other reasons of granulomatous mastitis out as well as on its characteristic histologic properties. We report a case of idiopathic granulomatous mastitis proven histopathologically. | en_US |
