Özet
Malign bir tümörü erken teşhis etmek kadar, tümörün klinik seyrini, hastanın yaşam süresini, tümörün tedaviye göstereceği cevabı tespit etmek son yıllarda yapılan çalışmaların hedefi olmuştur. İnsanlarda görülen çeşitli malign tümörlerde onkogenlerin ekspresyon ve overekspresyonlarının tümörün prognozu ile ilişkisi gösterilmiştir.
Determination of the clinical course, prognosis and response to therapy of the malignant tumors are as imporıant as early diagnosis. This concept was the goal of the recent studies. In this study the relation of the prognosis with oncogene expression and overexpression was emphasized, in various malignant tumors.
