dc.description.abstractZeytin üretiminde en fazla işgücü gereksinimi hasat işlemleri sırasında ortaya çıkmaktadır. Geleneksel hasat yöntemleri büyük ölçüde insan işgücüne dayanmakta, iş başarısını düşürmektedir. Zeytin hasadında makina kullanımı, işçi gücü gereksinimini azaltmakta, zeytinlerin üretim maliyetini düşürmekte, hasat süresini kısaltmaktadır. Bu çalışma ile zeytin hasadı sırasında kullanılan yerli yapım ve ithal bazı zeytin hasat makinalarının performans değerlerinin belirlenmesi, elde edilen sonuçlara göre önerilerde bulunulması amaçlanmıştır. Bu çalışma kapsamında üç yerli bir ithal olmak üzere 4 farklı çırpıcı tip zeytin hasat makinasının performans değerleri belirlenmiştir. Elde edilen sonuçlara göre, genel olarak ağaç boyuna bağlı olarak ortalama kapasite değişme göstermektedir. Ağaç boyu arttıkça kullanıcının makina ile yüksek dallara ulaşımı zorlaştığından ortalama kapasite düşmektedir. Ağaç çeşidine ve kullanıcı yeteneğine bağlı olarak saatlik iş başarısı değişmektedir.tr_TR
dc.description.abstractThe most labor force requirement in olive production occurs during the harvesting process. Traditional harvesting methods are largely based on labor, and also reduces field capacity. The use of machinery in the olive harvest reduces the need for labor, reduces the production cost of olives and shortens the harvest time. The objective of this study was to determine the performances of some domestic and imported olive harvesting machines used during olive harvest and make suggestions according to the results. In this study, performance values of four different shaker olive harvesters, including three domestic harvesters were determined. According to the results, the average capacity depends generally on the olive trees height. As the height of the tree increases, the average capacity decreases because the user has difficulty in reaching the high branches with the machine. Field capacity varies depending on the tree species and labor skill.en_US
