Abstract
Dünyada yaşanan teknolojik gelişmelerin hızlanmasıyla çalışma hayatı yeni bir dönüşümün içinden geçmektedir. Bu dönüşüm çalışan profilinin değişmesinde itici bir güç oluştururken, emeğin temsilcileri olarak sendikalar da bu süreçten gün geçtikçe daha fazla etkilenmeye başlamıştır. Ülkeden ülkeye farklılık gösterse de hemen her yerde sendikaların yaşadığı güç kaybı aynı seyri izlemektedir. Bu bağlamda sendikaların bu yeni sürecin gerekliliklerini sorgulamaları ve değişime nasıl ayak uyduracaklarını çözmeleri önemli ve acil bir gündem oluşturmaktadır. Sendikaların geleneksel modellerden sıyrılıp, değişen çalışma hayatında güçlerini korumaları ve dahi artırmaları için daha sistematik ve stratejik bir yapılanmaya ihtiyaçları vardır. Bu çalışmada, sendikaların dönüşümü örgütlenme açısından genel hatlarıyla ele alınmış ve bir model önerisi geliştirilmiştir.
With the acceleration of technological developments in the world, working life is going through a new transformation. While this transformation creates a driving force in the change of the employee profile, as the representatives of the labor, unions have begun to be affected more and more by this process. Although it differs from country to country, almost everywhere the loss of power experienced by unions follows the same course. In this context, it is an important and urgent agenda that the unions question the necessities of this new process and figure out how they will keep up with the change. Unions need to get rid of traditional models and have more systematic and strategic structuring to maintain and even increase their power in the changing working life. In this study, the transformation of unions is discussed in the aspect of organization in general terms and a model proposal has been developed.
