| dc.description.abstract | Sesin rahatsız edici boyutlara ulaşması olarak tanımlanan ve günümüzde önemli bir çevre sorunu olarak ele alınan gürültü, insan ve çevre sağlığı üzerinde büyük bir tehdit oluşturmaktadır. Kentlerin gelişimine bağlı olarak artış gösteren gürültü problemiyle, günlük hayatta birçok alanda karşılaşılmaktadır. Bu alanlardan birisi de eğlence yerleridir. Eğlence yerlerinde özellikle geç saatlerde gerçekleşen canlı müzik faaliyetleriyle yayılan gürültü, gürültü kaynağı yakınında ikamet eden insanların uyku kalitesini etkileyerek rahatsızlık oluşturması dolayısıyla tepki görmektedir. Bu çalışmada Bursa ili Nilüfer ilçesi Görükle mahallesinde, konut bölgesi yakınında yer alan canlı müzik yayını yapılan eğlence mekanlarının bulunduğu bir sokakta 2019 yılı temmuz-ağustos ayları içerisinde gürültü ölçümleri yapılmıştır. Ölçüm sonuçları Çevresel Gürültünün Değerlendirilmesi ve Yönetimi Yönetmeliği’ne (ÇGDYY) göre incelendiğinde, yönetmelikte izin verilen gürültü aralığının iki noktada aşıldığı gözlenmiş; ölçülen en yüksek gürültü seviyesinin 79,87 dBA ile ağustos, en düşük gürültü seviyesinin ise 66,52 dBA ile temmuz ayında oluştuğu belirlenmiştir. Çalışma kapsamında gürültü azaltımının gerçekleştirilebilmesi amacıyla yapılabilecekler sıralanmıştır. | tr_TR |
| dc.description.abstract | Noise, which is defined as the reaching of disturbing dimensions of sound and considered as an important environmental problem today, poses a great threat to human and environmental health. The noise problem, which increases depending on the development ofcities, is encountered in many areas in daily life.One of these areas is entertainment places. The noise emitted by the live music activities that take place especially in the late hours in the entertainment places is reacted by the people living near thenoise source causing discomfort by affecting the sleep quality. In this study, noise measurements were made in july -august 2019 in a street where live music broadcasting entertainment places are located in the Görükle neighborhood of Nilüfer district ofBursa province. When the measurement results were examined in accordance with the Regulation on the Assessment and Management of Environmental Noise (RAMEN), it was observed that the noise range allowed in the regulation was exceeded at 2 points; It was determined that the highest noise level measured was 79.87 dBA in august and the lowest noise level was 66.52 dBA in july. The things that can be done to achieve noise reduction are listed within the scope of the study. | en_US |
