Köpeklerde parvoviral enfeksiyonun tanısında klinik belirtiler ile bazı hematolojik ve serolojik bulguların rolü

Abstract

15 adet parvoviral enterit şüpheli,10 adet klinik belirti göstermeyen, toplam 25 köpekten kan ve serum örnekleri toplandı. Serumların tümüne Hemaglütinasyon-inhibisyon testi (HI) uygulandı. Aynca Total Lökosit (T.L.), Lenfosit (L) sayılan ile Hematokrit (PCV) ve Hemoglobin (Hb) değerlerindeki değişiklikler belirlendi. Klinik belirti gösteren 13 köpeğin kan serumlarında 1/256-1/4026 ·arasında değişen pozitif HI titreleri, iki köpeğin de ise negatif HI titreleri saptandı (1164). Klinik belirti göstermeyen köpeklerden 7'si negatif titreye sahipken 3'ünün HI titrelerinin pozitif olduğu belirlendi. HI titrelerinin artışı ile total lökosit ve lenfosit sayılan arasında bir ters orantı olduğu gözlendi.

Serum and heparinize blood sanıples were collected from 25 dogs, 15 of them were showing clinical signs of suspected parvoviral enfection, 10 of them had no clinical signs. All of the sera were microtitration in the hemagglutination-inhibition (HI) test. The changes in the total leucocyte, lymphocyte counts, PCV and Hb amowıts were determined. On the serological examination by HI test, 13 dogs with clinical manifestation presented the tires of positif sera ranging from 1/256 to 1/4096 and the other two dogs presented negative titres ( 1:64) Although seven dogs without clinical signs had negative titres (1116 - 1/64), three of them presented positive titres (ll 128). lt was observed tlıat as the HI titres üıcreased, total leucocyte and lymphocyte counts decreased.
