Abstract
Bu çalışmada, adrenalinli veya adrenalinsiz % 1 etidocaine ile yapılan epidural anestezinin, göbek düzeyinin altında kalan vücut kısmında yapılacak cerrahi girişimler için yeterli olduğu gösterilmiştir. Anestezinin başlama süresi kısa olup 15-20 dakika içinde tamamlanma oluşur. Anestezinin egmental olarak yayıldığı alandaki etki süresi 3 saat olup motor ve hissi total süre 4-6 saattir.
We have shown that lumbar epidural analgesia with 1 % Etidocaine with or without adrenaline are adequate for surgery below the umbilical level. Initial onset time is very short and the block is usually completed within 15-20 minutes. Duration of maximum segmental spread of analgeıia is around 3 hours and total duration of motor and sensory black is 4-6 hours.
