dc.description.abstractVerginin tarhı, verginin hesaplanarak ortaya çıkarılması işlemidir. Verginin hesaplanması, vergi matrahı ve vergi oranları yardımı ile yapılır. Bu bakımdan verginin matrahının belirlenmesinde kullanılan değişik yöntemler vardır. Zaman süreci içerisinde verginin hesaplanmasına esas oluşturan matrahların belirlenmesi yöntemlerinin bir kısmı etkinliğini kaybetmiş, bir kısmı ise halen geçerliliğini korumaktadır.tr_TR
dc.description.abstractThe assessment of the tax is the process of determining the tax by calculating it. Calculation of tax is done with the help of tax base and tax rates. In this respect, there are different methods used to determine the tax base. In the course of time, some of the methods of determining the tax bases that are the basis for tax calculation have lost their effectiveness, and some are still valid.en_US
