| dc.description.abstract | Sosyal güvenlik, özellikle gelişmiş ülkelerde büyük miktarda kaynağın tahsis edildiği önemli bir sektör haline gelmiştir. 1970 'li yıllarda petrol bunalımı ile başla yan iktisadi durgunluğu aşmak için çalışan ve çözüm yolları arayan iktisatçılar, sosyal güvenlik harcamalarının da temel iktisadi değişkenlere, bu arada da tasarruflara olan tesirlerini araştırmışlardır. Analitik modelle ilgili önemli darboğazlara rağmen, sosyal güvenliğin tasarruf eğilimine tesirlerini ortaya koyan değişik teorik görüşler geliştirilmiştir. Teorik çalışmalar, sosyal güvenliğin tasarruf eğilimini artırıcı ve azaltıcı tesirleri potansiyel olarak taşıdığı, net tesirin ise ancak ampirik çalışmalarla tespit edilebileceğini ortaya koymuştur. | tr_TR |
| dc.description.abstract | In the 1980 's, a number of developed countries were spending up to a third of their gross domestic product on social security. With the oil crisis of 1973, the rate of economic growth started to decline. Many authors wanted to research the impacts of social security expenditures on main economics variables, such as on investment, employment and particularly on savings. There are many effects of social security on private saving. The obvious is that one cannot get o clear cut view on the direction of the net effect of social security expenditures on private savings through theoretical discussions. There fore, the majority of the researchers share the belief that some further emprical work has to be done in this field. | en_US |
