Abstract
Uludağ Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi Endokrinoloji kliniğince tanısı konan ve Cerrahi Kliniğinde ameliyat edilen, 9 yıldan beri hipoglisemik ataklarla seyreden bir insulinoma olgusu, nadir görülmesi ve tanı güçlükleri nedeniyle ilgili literatür gözden geçirilerek sunulmuştur.
A 65 years old woman with insulinoma, that is diagnosed and operated at the department of Endocrinology and General Surgery of Medical Faculty of Uludağ University, who has had hypoglycemic attacks for 9 years is presented with review of the literature.
